The Visual Psychology^®Method

The Visual Psychology^® Method combines Organisational Psychology and Visual Thinking to bring to light the group dynamics and meanings that shape work within organisations. By making what normally remains implicit observable, I help managers, leaders and team members understand what drives the way they collaborate, make decisions and navigate change.

Federica Tabone is an Italian Organisational Psychologist, Graphic Recorder and the creator of the Visual Psychology® Method.

For more than twenty years, I have supported individuals, teams and organisations in developing the human skills needed to navigate complexity and strengthen working relationships. I have applied the Method with more than 6,000 people through over 160 Visual Coaching programmes for Team Leaders, Managers and C-Level executives. Since 2025, I have been a member of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group of the Veneto Regional Board of Psychologists.

Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with more than 100 organisations in Italy and internationally.
