About Me
For more than twenty years, I have worked with individuals, teams and organisations, helping them understand the factors that influence how they communicate, collaborate and make decisions, because these dynamics shape both business results and an organisation’s ability to adapt and evolve.
Over the years, I have observed that many organisational challenges share a common underlying factor. Technical expertise plays only a limited role when compared with transversal skills. What truly affects organisational performance is the inability to recognise dysfunctional group dynamics, which gradually rigidify relationships and limit a team’s capacity to evolve.
This led me to integrate my two professions – Organisational Psychologist and Graphic Recorder – in order to better support my clients. Over time, I refined my own methodology, Visual Psychology®, officially registered in 2025. The method integrates Organisational Psychology, Coaching and Visual Thinking to make the implicit dynamics within organisations observable.
The elements I help organisations uncover are those that influence the quality of teamwork and, consequently, their competitive advantage. Among the most influential are cognitive diversity, shared organisational semantics, relational patterns within a group and decision-making models.
Since 2003, I have worked with over 6,000 people, collaborated with more than 100 international companies, and conducted over 160 visual coaching programs for team leaders, managers, and C-level executives. Since 2013, I have created more than 50 graphic recordings at corporate and cultural events.
As an Organisational Psychologist and Graphic Recorder, I use various tools to make organisational complexity visible and understandable:
- visual techniques derived from graphic recording
- psychological frameworks, including Systemic Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Psychology
- experiential learning methodologies, including gamification and group facilitation, delivered both on site and online
Since 2025, I have been a member of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group of the Veneto Order of Psychologists. My interest in the intersection between psychology and AI began much earlier: in 2018, I developed AI.People.Adoption™, a model that bridges AI Developers and AI Users to support the design of decision-making processes in hybrid-intelligence organisations.
As an Adjunct Lecturer on the international MBM – European Fragrance and Cosmetics Master’s Programme at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Padua, I have the opportunity to work with students from all over the world and learn from the different perspectives they bring.
The greatest satisfaction in my work comes from seeing people improve the quality of their working lives by developing greater self-awareness and new relational skills.
