Making organisational dynamics visible and strengthening critical thinking, collaboration and leadership through continuous learning.
The Visual Psychology® Method engages with the alchemy of business to make visible the relationships and processes that influence everyday work but which are not yet being managed to their full potential.
When productivity and competitiveness begin to slow down, the issue rarely depends on technical skills alone. In most cases, relational dynamics, communication patterns and established habits play a significant role. At a deeper level, the meanings people attach to their roles, their perceptions of colleagues and the biases that exist between departments also have a considerable impact.
By combining tools from Organisational Psychology, Coaching and Visual Thinking, the Method enables individuals, teams and organisations to better understand what is happening, develop new insights and transform them into observable behaviours.

Every programme is designed together with the business to develop specific capabilities and deliver tangible results through the tools and frameworks of Organisational Psychology.

When Is Organisational Psychology Useful?
Experiential programmes based on Organisational Psychology are particularly valuable when organisations invest in the development of Managers and Team Leaders, or when they seek to improve the performance of functional and cross-functional teams.
When organisations aim to strengthen productivity, competitiveness and retention, developing specific soft skills becomes a strategic priority. Technical expertise, when applied without awareness of the broader context and supported by limited interpersonal skills, can turn a potential advantage into a source of friction.
The Visual Psychology® Method, created by Federica Tabone, Organisational Psychologist, was developed to make these frictions visible and help reduce them through the development of soft skills, creating more fluid processes and more mature workplace relationships.
Every programme is designed to strengthen collaboration, increase individual accountability and develop critical thinking.

Visual Coaching
During periods of professional growth, seeing clearly what influences decisions, shapes relationships and reinforces behaviours creates an advantage for both the individual and the organisation.
We make thoughts and group dynamics visible to increase awareness, ownership and effectiveness in people’s roles.
Sketch.Mind
Engaging people online is one of the most complex challenges of distance learning. Launched in 2020, Sketch.Mind is the Visual Psychology® Method’s online soft skills training platform, where theory becomes practice. I address the real-world challenges faced by managers and teams using interactive techniques, alternating between theory, practical case studies, and serious games.
Out of the Ordinary
Sometimes collaboration can falter. Changing perspectives can help the team reconnect and find new inspiration. Through sensory experiences—set to the music of Bach, Mozart, and Brahms, or surrounded by exquisite fragrances, we explore new ways of observing, thinking, and working together.
One to One Coaching
As responsibilities and organisational contexts become increasingly complex, taking time to reflect on what we bring into our professional role becomes essential. This individual coaching journey helps Managers and Team Leaders examine their thinking patterns, understand how they shape everyday behaviours and relationships, and develop new strategies while remaining true to their own way of leading.
Team Coaching
Meetings end, yet the same issues keep resurfacing. I make the dynamics that shape the way teams work together visible, helping improve trust, communication and the team’s ability to achieve shared goals. A development journey designed to strengthen emotional intelligence, ownership and agency.
Expat Coaching
Relocating abroad means adapting to a new role, a different culture and unfamiliar points of reference. Expat Coaching supports managers throughout their international transition, fostering integration and cultural adaptation while preserving continuity with their professional identity.
AR/VR Training
When the real moment arrives, will your people truly be prepared? Virtual and Augmented Reality allow participants to practise behaviours and develop new skills in immersive environments before facing critical situations in real life.
Graphic Recording
Do the ideas generated during an event risk being lost once it is over? I transform keynotes, meetings and workshops into visual summaries that make ideas clearer and more memorable. The result is a practical resource that continues to generate value long after the event, supporting future meetings and conversations.
AI.People.Adoption™
AI has been introduced, but it is not clear to everyone who makes decisions and who uses the information. AI.People.Adoption™ prepares the ground before people and systems begin making decisions together, bringing to light organisational semantics, expectations and the criteria needed to design hybrid intelligence workflows.?
