One-to-One Visual Coaching supports managers and professionals in identifying obstacles and resources, exploring new perspectives and translating them into concrete actions.
Its distinctive value lies in the Visual Psychology® Method, created by Federica Tabone, which combines psychological theories and visual metaphors to make thinking visible and explain relational dynamics.
As an Organisational Psychologist and Graphic Recorder, I give shape to each session through both dialogue and drawing. What is visualised becomes more tangible, easier to understand and easier to integrate into everyday decisions.

What Is One-to-One Coaching?
One-to-One Coaching is an individual development programme focused on a person’s objectives within their professional context.
During the initial phase, objectives are clarified and defined together with HR and the coachee. These objectives then guide the individual sessions, where the focus is on strengthening existing capabilities while developing new ones.
Managers and professionals gain greater awareness of themselves and the context in which they operate. This enables them to feel more confident in their role and approach its challenges with greater clarity and effectiveness.
What Is the Purpose of an Individual Coaching Programme?
If you are investing in human capital within a hybrid-intelligence organisation, you already know that soft skills are increasingly what differentiates value in managerial roles.
Managers who can read the context, understand which decisions should remain human and which can be delegated to AI systems, and who are aware of their own thinking style and capabilities, are often the individuals recognised as leaders by their teams.
Individual coaching is therefore a targeted and strategic investment. It expands the range of resources available to a person and helps them use those resources more consciously and effectively within their role.
Understanding where you are, even before figuring out where to go, is already a form of clarity.
How Does a One-to-One Coaching Session Work?
During the online sessions, which typically last 90 minutes, we explore experiences connected to the coaching objectives, analyse successful situations and examine challenges that remain unresolved.
Together, we identify recurring patterns, strengthen awareness of existing capabilities and work on competencies that need further development.
The objective is not to provide advice, but to cultivate clearer and more responsible thinking about one’s role and choices.
Between sessions, participants apply what has emerged within their working environment. During subsequent meetings, we reflect on what has changed and explore how new insights can be transformed into practical actions.
The Visual Psychology® Method in Individual Coaching
Unlike traditional coaching approaches, the process does not remain exclusively verbal.
Through the Visual Psychology® Method, sessions develop a distinctive rhythm that alternates storytelling, reflection and visual feedback.
I draw what emerges in real time, making the process easier to follow and the insights easier to remember.
Visual metaphors and storylines help reveal connections, opportunities and alternative perspectives that often remain abstract in traditional conversations.
If you want to chart a career path that’s clearer, more consistent, and more true to yourself, we can get started together.
