INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

the personal data (name, company and email) that you can voluntarily provide to Federica Tabone through the registration form on the www.federicatabone.com website or by writing to one of the e-mail addresses indicated therein will be processed with the help of electronic and paper tools, for the following purposes:

to provide you with customer service and respond to any requests you may have;
for statistical surveys such as calculating the permanence of users on certain pages of the Site;
to provide quotes on our services if requested.
For the purposes indicated above, the provision of data is optional and therefore, in the event of your refusal, there are no consequences other than the impossibility of implementing the initiatives listed above.
The processing of your data will be carried out through paper documents and archives and through electronic and/or telematic tools in compliance with the provisions of the law aimed at guaranteeing their confidentiality and security, as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data with respect to the purposes indicated above and in order to avoid access and consequent processing by subjects not previously authorized.

Your personal data will be kept by the undersigned until you notify us that you are no longer interested in our communications. In any case, your data will be stored to carry out the services or activities requested through the Site and after 10 years they will be deleted or made anonymous.

No personal data will be disseminated or transferred to a non-EU country.

Without prejudice to communications made in execution of obligations provided for by laws, regulations or EU legislation, your data will be processed by the employees and collaborators of the undersigned in relation to specific work tasks, and may be communicated in Italy to the Authorities or Public Institutions and to suppliers of the undersigned who need access to your data for the execution of the service offered through the Site. In any case, only the personal data necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are collected will be transferred, and this is done in full compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality of the data.

With regard to the same data, and at any time, by means of a simple written request addressed to the Data Controller, also by email or through a delegated party, you may (i) obtain access to the personal data to know the origin of the data, the purpose of the processing, the logic applied to the processing with the use of electronic tools, categories of data, recipients (or categories of recipients) to whom the same will be communicated, retention period, and their communication in an intelligible form; (ii) obtain the rectification, integration, erasure of data or restriction of processing; (iii) object to the processing of your personal data; (iv) obtain data portability, where relevant; (v) withdraw consent at any time; (vi) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
