Listening to a theory is not enough. Experience is what transforms the way people work.
Through the Visual Psychology® Method, I combine Organisational Psychology, board games and visual thinking to bring team dynamics to the surface and develop soft skills.
Together, we transform play into awareness and psychological frameworks into effective behaviours that can be applied from the very next day.
For more than twenty years, I have designed corporate learning programmes that are practical, engaging and memorable, helping over 6,000 people experiment with new ways of collaborating, exercising leadership, solving problems, making decisions and developing critical thinking.

Which Soft Skills Will Matter Most in the Coming Years?
According to the World Economic Forum, by 2030, 85% of organisations will invest in upskilling programmes aimed at improving productivity, competitiveness and employee retention.
In international environments characterised by continuous change, the quality of our thinking increasingly determines how effectively we interpret problems, make decisions and manage relationships.
HR functions are investing more heavily in developing cognitive flexibility and adaptability to evolving contexts.
It is therefore unsurprising that competencies such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence, influencing skills, decision-making, adaptability and leadership in volatile and uncertain environments are becoming increasingly important for organisational success.
Which Competencies Can Be Developed Through Experiential Learning?
Programmes are designed following a needs analysis conducted with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development professionals and managers, with the objective of developing the competencies most relevant to the organisation.
- Leadership
- Critical Thinking
- Effective Communication and Active Listening
- Change Management
- Decision-Making in Complex Contexts
- Emotional Intelligence
- Conflict Management
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- Cognitive Flexibility and Adaptability
- Creativity and Innovation
- Strategic Problem Solving
- Feedback Conversations
- Continuous Learning
What Is Experiential Learning?
Experiential learning is based on a simple principle: people learn by doing, reflecting and discussing, as described in Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle.
Each workshop combines games, psychological dilemmas and board-game-based activities, reinforced through a structured debriefing process that creates a bridge between the learning experience and everyday work.
Participants are guided from action to reflection and then towards practical application within their professional context.
All workshops can be delivered either in person or online through the Sketch.Mind format and represent a direct application of the Visual Psychology® Method, created by Federica Tabone, Organisational Psychologist and Graphic Recorder.
The Challenges Slowing Organisations Down Today Require New Ways of Working
The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 highlights that, while demand for technological competencies such as AI, big data and cybersecurity continues to grow, distinctly human capabilities remain among the most sought-after skills. These capabilities become visible through everyday organisational challenges such as:
- creating shared language and establishing clear priorities
- improving collaboration across hybrid and cross-functional teams
- facilitating execution, delegation and collaboration between functions
- improving the quality and speed of decision-making
- preventing emotional escalation and maintaining cohesion
- reducing friction between people and increasing retention
- making change less chaotic and more manageable in everyday work
- reducing resistance to change and transforming AI adoption into a strategic and operational advantage
- supporting onboarding and collaboration across four generations in the workplace
- retaining and developing critical capabilities without exhausting people
Let’s start with the challenge you are facing and design the workshop that will create the greatest impact within your organisation.
Frequently Asked Questions

In traditional training, participants primarily receive content.
In experiential learning, participants actively engage with realistic situations, observe their own dynamics and reflect together on what happens.
Learning becomes more transferable because each experience is followed by a structured debriefing process.
Competencies are strengthened more effectively when people can experiment, reflect, discuss and apply what they have learned to real workplace situations.

The structure and duration differ, but the effectiveness remains comparable thanks to the active methodology used in both formats.
I percorsi in presenza hanno una durata di 6 ore e prevedono gruppi di massimo 20 persone. La metodologia prevede tecniche come: world café, open space technology, simulazioni, role playing, giochi in scatola e small techniques d’aula, seguiti da debriefing.

Through the Sketch.Mind format, the experience becomes digital without losing effectiveness.
More than 2,000 participants have already experienced these online learning programmes, delivered through two-hour modules specifically designed to maintain attention and engagement.
Online sessions alternate between theory and practice approximately every fifteen minutes.
Practical activities include visual summaries that support learning, and paper-based materials that help preserve group interaction without relying excessively on-screen sharing.
Participants keep their cameras on throughout the experience because sustained attention is a key principle of the Sketch.Mind methodology.
Yes.
Few people resist the opportunity to move beyond slides and start actively engaging with ideas.
