Visual Psychology® is the method developed by Federica Tabone, integrating Organisational Psychology and Graphic Recording to make organisational dynamics easier to understand and to facilitate alignment between people, teams and business objectives. The Method is applied through visual coaching, team coaching and corporate learning programmes to develop ownership, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, collaboration and continuous learning.

The Visual Psychology® Method is designed for Managers, Teams and Organisations seeking to reduce team conflict, strengthen problem-solving capabilities and facilitate change management.
The Method supports HR Managers, HR Specialists and Functional Directors in designing organisational development initiatives. Together, we can create innovative corporate learning programmes, visual team coaching journeys and targeted soft skills development aligned with organisational values. The Origins of the Method
Visual Psychology® emerged from the integration of my two professions: Organisational Psychologist and Graphic Recorder.
During training programmes, coaching engagements and meeting facilitation activities, I observed how visual synthesis can effectively support dialogue, make underlying group dynamics visible and reveal organisational behavioural patterns.
Drawing the perspectives of individuals, emerging connections and limiting beliefs in real time has helped more than 6,000 people observe situations and team relationships with greater clarity, recognise critical aspects and become open to new solutions that had not been considered before.
Visual Psychology® was born from the integration of over twenty years of experience as an Organisational Psychologist and my expertise in visual facilitation, developed through graphic recording at corporate events. The Method was officially registered in 2025 and has evolved through more than two decades of field experience.
Through hundreds of training needs analyses conducted with HR Managers, HR Specialists and Learning & Development professionals, I help transform knowledge into visible action.
